Bilingual Construction Recruiter

Allan Myers is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and eager Bilingual Construction Recruiter to proactively and aggressively source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly craft talent. As a member of this fast-paced team, you will communicate and interact with many people across the company and contribute to meaningful initiatives to find and develop talent for our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Source critical craft positions (Operators, Mechanics, Drivers, Laborers).
• Proactively source for passive candidates.
• Conduct phone screens for craft candidates.
• Schedule face-to-face interviews with candidate and HR and Operations teams. Communicate with candidate on schedule and coordinate post-interview feedback.
• Participate and assist with job fairs, including in-house events and High School/Trade School events.
• Assist with expediting candidates through the interview process by minimizing delays, expediting hiring decisions, and updating the Applicant Tracking System appropriately.
• Work with HR Operations Team to create seamless candidate/new hire transition.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, legislation, and total alignment to all Allan Myers processes and programs.
• Providing direction and guidance in support of Allan Myers’ values and standards.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
• 2-5 years in Human Resources or Talent Aquisition or Recruiting (or related experience) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Very experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (proficient and efficient).
• Ability to learn new technology systems required.
• Experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high level of organization. Ability to effectively communicate to members of leadership team, potential candidates, and Operations team members.
• Must represent Allan Myers internally and externally in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
• Valid Driver’s License required
