Working in the Aviation industry, this role allows to you assist the travelling public and work at the Airport for the opportunity to meet new people, offering assistance to those that require support.Customer Service Responsibilities:• Provide a high level of customer service to the travelling public.• Engage with passengers who have special needs such as hearing loss, vision loss and mobility needs, and offer assistance.• Provide bilingual service to passengers when required and accompany them through the process, where required.Customer Service Qualifications:• Fluent in both official languages (English and French)• Strong empathy, active listening and customer service skills• Ability to communicate simply, clearly and effectively• Experience working with the public in a fast-paced, bilingual (English and French) environment• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritizeEmployment Conditions:Full time and PermanentShift work.
