This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.Position ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
