Bilingual Leasing Consultant Job Summary:

Are you looking for the next step in your career? A large West Michigan property management company with several locations in the Grand Rapids area has multiple Leasing Consultant openings available. The selected candidates must be extremely customer-service oriented, people friendly and have excellent phone skills. Their ideal team members are team and sales oriented and extremely motivated. This position requires fine-tuned computer and paperwork skills, so candidates with previous administrative experience are a huge plus. If you love to help people and you are looking for a career where you can work your way up, then this is the job for you!

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Greets walk-in guests in the office
• Answering phones and directing phone traffic
• Communicating with current and prospect tenants
• Assisting in explaining Leasing Agreements
• Renewing Leases
• Processing applications

Schedule & Pay: 

• 1st Shift M-F 9am-5pm. Occasional evening hours for Special Events.
• $17.50/HR

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Administrative, organizational, planning and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Effective problem solving skills
• Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities and meet deadlines
• Customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and outside customers
• Shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
