Sun Loan Company has served communities across the U.S. for over 30 years. We’re looking for a motivated Loan Specialist in Temple, TX – someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.

What You’ll Do

Process loan applications, handle customer accounts, make collection calls on past-due accounts, and keep things running smoothly when the manager is out. You’ll also cross-sell products like tax services and referrals where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Collections experience a plus (but not required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communicator with good people skills
• Comfortable with basic math and data entry
• Organized, reliable, and a team player
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM (seasonal, Nov-Mar, rotational)
• Some overtime may be required
• No Sundays!
