In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your OpportunityOur Montreal office is looking for a bilingual Senior Administrative Professional to join the Canadian Tax Services team and own the following responsibilities:Provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff within the officeEnsure all documents and deliverables are properly proofread and edited prior to being sent to clientsAssist with billing, collections and processing of A/R and A/PClient interaction to support information requests and follow-upsAssemble various types of tax returns, including cross-checking the balance owing and names, as required based on the needs of the assigned Partner(s)E-file and paper filing of tax returns and ensure Partners’ lists have been e-filed by the deadlinesAdministrative support to Partners and engagement team, which includes client invoicing, calendar management, time & expense reports, meeting and travel coordination, etcProvide coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness and other absenteeism as requested by the ManagerOther administrative duties as required, including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier, etc as required by professional staff and PartnersHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO’s core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talentYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplaceYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development.Your experience and educationYou have minimum 2 years of working experience in an administrative or similar roleBilingual (English and French), strong communication skills both written and oralYou have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an assetYou have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasksYou are comfortable working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential informationYou are naturally curious, adaptable and compassionate person who enjoys taking initiative and helping othersYou have strong problem solving and analyticalYou value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed workAbility to work extra hours as required#LI-SSWhy BDO?Our people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among .
