?? Crating Supervisor – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Join Our Team! ??

?? Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

?? Pay & Perks:

• Starting Pay: $22.00/hr + Based on experience (BOE)
• Bonus: 18% spread over 6 weeks (optional)

Are you a natural leader with bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and a knack for teamwork? We’re looking for a hands-on Crating Supervisor to manage and inspire a small team in building custom crates and boxes. This role combines leadership, technical skills, and customer collaboration in a dynamic environment where safety and quality come first.

?? What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Train: Guide and motivate a team of under 10 employees while ensuring safety rules and procedures are followed.
• Hands-On Work: Operate tools like air nail guns, drills, and saws to assemble crates and boxes based on blueprints.
• Quality Control: Check work for accuracy, perform audits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Customer Focus: Act as the go-to contact for clients, providing updates and detailed research as needed.
• Problem Solve: Address and resolve team or operational issues, keeping workflows smooth.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and project deadlines.
• Stay Organized: Manage inventory, documentation, and audits efficiently.

?? What You Bring to the Table:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – This is a must!
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with tools, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus!
