Job Posting: Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process invoices from technicians

• Scan invoices, verify information (JO# and timecards), and prepare invoices in the system.

• Write clear and concise comments summarizing the work performed.

• Add consumables and ensure invoices are properly categorized.

• Handle high-volume billing accurately and efficiently.

• Work within Great Plains and Excel.

• Answer calls and provide assistance to field employees as needed.

  Requirements

• Billing experience preferred but not required.

• Great Plains experience highly preferred.

• Must be a hard worker with a strong work ethic.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.

• Willingness to learn and be trained—we will train the right person!
