Waste Connections, Inc. is currently looking for a Billing/Collections Manager.

Job Duties:

• Ensure the integrity of customer statements: review and post payment and charge batches prepared by customer service staff. Run and review month end billing error reports. Review sample billing invoices before invoices are sent to customers.
• Review and approve monthly arrears billing daily.
• Oversee the collections process for the district, delegate collections expectations to customer service staff, and communicate results.
• Directly manage, mentor, and train Billing & AR Specialists.
• Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures.
• Audit customer accounts as needed.
• Demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems including Route Manager Online and Tableau.

Qualifications:

• 3 years directly related management/supervisor billing experience.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures, management principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
