AtkinsRealis, a leading global engineering and design consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager for Site Operations to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM implementation, excellent supervision skills, and significant consultancy experience. This role requires a candidate who can lead the BIM processes on-site, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration among various project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

BIM Implementation and Supervision:

• Lead the implementation of BIM processes on-site, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide hands-on supervision to BIM teams, ensuring the effective use of BIM tools and methodologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster collaboration among project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to enhance the overall project delivery process.
• Facilitate effective communication between on-site teams and the central BIM team to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational BIM standards.

Quality Control:

• Oversee the quality control of BIM deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of BIM models and data to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to on-site teams to enhance their BIM capabilities and ensure a high level of competency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in BIM technology, sharing knowledge with the team.

Consultancy Experience:

• Utilize consultancy experience to offer strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing BIM processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align BIM strategies with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on site operations.
• Proven experience in supervising BIM teams and implementing BIM processes on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit ) and other related tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Consultancy experience in a similar role is a must.
• Must have good communication skills in terms of preparing letters, KPI report, monthly reports, weekly reports.
