• Conducts regular auction market analysis to accurately price inventory to increase conversions and reduce re-runs.
• Maximizes profitability through negotiating individual and bulk inventory with local and overseas buyers.
• Increase buyer network based on inventory acquisition history for off the block sales.
• Assist internal and external partners through consulting on market trends and pricing changes.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
• Collect and regularly update information from clients related to projected volumes and provide to Senior Leaders.
• Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Work alongside Operations team and Yard General Managers to resolve issues.
• Meet with the technology team and work to create business efficiencies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience required.
• Business experience will be considered in lieu of a business degree
• In depth wholesale market knowledge of Automotive and Commercial inventory.
• Minimum of three (3) years of account management experience required
• Must be highly skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload.
• Be creative and solutions-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Possess public speaking skills
• Ability to prepare and make professional presentations to clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Have a general understanding of B2B interface technology
