Description

Scope of Work:

Perform administrative duties assisting the Branch/Store Manager, may include assisting the Regional Manager.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in greeting visitors, prepare correspondence, fill-in for Branch Secretary when necessary.
  • Answer all telephone calls and route.
  • Take detailed messages.
  • Maintain files and keep up-to-date.
  • Handle project oriented duties and complete in a timely manner.
  • Cover for other clerical personnel when they are out of the office.
  • Promote good welfare among the company and its’ divisions.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 year(s) previous experience
  • Must High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish)

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)

  • Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its’ objectives.
  • Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company.
  • Must confirm to policies and procedures set forth by the company.
  • Must have good communication skills written and verbal.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to type 50 wpm.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good client relationships.
  • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
  • Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc).
  • Must be dependable and be able to work independently.
  • Must protect the company assets and interest.

Working Conditions:

* Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

* Office indoor work.
