Branch & Digital Operations Analyst

Summary:
The Branch & Digital
Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and
supporting all aspects of level-1 digital banking transactions. This role will
ensure a smooth, secure, and user-friendly experience for customers engaging in
digital financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of digital banking platforms, transaction processing, and
customer service support.
What
You’ll Do:
Every day you will provide level-1 support for online/mobile banking
and debit card maintenance requests. This role includes monitoring enrollments,
investigating transaction issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer
concerns. You’ll analyze transaction data, prepare performance reports, and
support digital banking enhancements through testing and documentation. A
strong focus on compliance, customer experience, and continuous improvement is
essential.

What
it Takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration preferred
• 2+ years of experience in digital banking, online transaction
  support, debit card operations, or financial technology.
• Knowledge of online banking platforms and transaction processing
  systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in digital
  banking.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal and customer service abilities.

• Experience
  working in a financial institution or fintech environment.
• Understanding
  of digital fraud detection and prevention tools.
• Project
  management or system implementation experience.
