You will be responsible of overseeing the brand home operations (Restaurant, tap room and facility) by playing an instrumental role in the successful evolution and growth of the brand within the province. The position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the location to achieve financial targets while creating a culture aligned with the Company’s values.This position reports to Senior Lead Brand Homes Operations and works closely with on-site management.The Responsibilities:

We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
