Objectives
The objectives of the consultancy are:
- Conduct assessment of current level of knowledge and skill in related fields (product packaging, branding, marketing and financial & digital literacy)
- Design in consultation with local agricultural producer groups, an effective marketing plan.
- Develop in consultation with local producer groups a comprehensive branding plan.
- Train community groups, other CSOs and WWF in product packaging, branding, marketing and financial & digital literacy.
- Recommend and design eco-friendly, cost-effective packaging solutions.
Scope of work/ Major responsibility
The consultant is expected to 1) conduct a brand assessment to identify gaps and opportunities, 2) develop brand identity, including logo, color palette, tagline, and visual elements, 3) create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication materials, 4) develop marketing plan with specific strategies for online and offline, 5) provide training and guidance on digital marketing techniques, 6) conduct an assessment of current packaging practices, 7) recommend eco-friendly, sustainable packaging materials, 8) design prototypes for packaging, and 8) finalize a final report in light of all conducted discussions and training.

Requirements
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, and packaging design, preferably for community enterprises or sustainable products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and eco-friendly design solutions
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools
- Familiarity with sustainable and traditional product markets
- Excellent understanding of agribusinesses and agricultural value chains trends in Myanmar, including major areas of interest and intervention, as well as interactions with private sector
- Knowledge of other languages used in Myanmar is a valuable asset
- Able to travel in project areas
