Hours of Work:

• Full Time: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Additional hours may occasionally be required on both weekdays and weekends.

Job Brief:I’m seeking a dynamic and proficient B2B Sourcing Manager to spearhead the establishment of my clients B2B desk. The successful candidate will be integral in managing the sales and sourcing of non-stock SKUs, driving a service-led sourcing model to significantly enhance revenue. This role requires a proactive approach to grow initial B2B product offerings into high-demand items through continuous customer engagement and technical discussions.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the addition of 3,000 to 5,000+ parts to the ERP and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage the quoting and sales process for B2B products as well as the procurement and onboarding of these items.
• Lead sourcing activities and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal rates.
• Handle both daily tactical operations and strategic initiatives to ensure prompt and efficient customer responses.
• Develop and implement a robust service mechanism.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and quality assurance teams effectively.
• Engage in technical sales through ongoing customer interactions to facilitate alternate product solutions from current inventory.

Competencies and Key Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of aviation industry products and chemicals (Ideally 10 years).
• Strong data analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Self-motivated and confident with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, with a knack for innovative solutions.
• Proficient in planning and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
