Overview

This is a great opportunity for full time, consistent hours. Our preventative maintenance program offers stability of 5 shifts per week and offers competitive pay within the industry at $19.00 per hour. This full time position also offers health, dental, and vision insurance with employee contribution as well as life insurance, 401k with match, Paid time off, Sick pay, and discounts on hotel stays. 

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the operation and maintenance of all interior and exterior lighting, equipment, pool, fire system and guest room repairs. They will report to our Chief Engineer. 

Essential Functions:

• Performs all assigned preventative maintenance work according to PM Programs.
• Performs all assigned work request on equipment.
• Follows specifications, blueprints, manuals and schematic drawings for preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Maintains log of work completed or performed.
• Records essential life-safety inspections.
• Clears clogged drains and plumbing fixtures.
• Remedies guest complaints within 15 minutes.
• Reports daily to maintenance supervisor on areas of concern.
• Is prepared to clean sidewalks and entrance to the hotel in case of snow or ice storm.
• Participates in fire/emergency response team as assigned when alarm sound.
• Follows emergency and safety procedures as trained.
• Provides highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Wear proper uniform and name-tag as well as maintains proper personal appearance guidelines.
• Performs all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and wright for record keeping
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to business demands
• Able to life and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $19.00/Hr. – $19.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
