A Day in the Life

In the Structural Heart team, our products are used to treat/in the treatment of patients with heart valve disease (aortic, mitral, pulmonic and tricuspid), with responsibility for Transcatheter Aortic Valves (TAVI Evolut platform) and Transcatheter Pulmonic Valves (TPV – Melody & Harmony). The TAVI the market is growing double digits in the UKI, is increasingly competitive and is a key growth driver within Medtronic, with significant investment into our therapy

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing, Market Development, Sales and Leadership team to ensure the smooth operation and execution of our business and administrative tasks

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Market Development team, including planning and organisation for congress and internal meetings, managing marketing materials and liaising with the appropriate external partners 
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project completion for marketing and market development activities 
• Maintain and organize marketing trackers, system input and ownership for customer training, education and compliance
• Manage inventory of marketing supplies, simulators and promotional items.
• Some field travel / remote regional support may be required

Required competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and tasks simultaneously to defined timelines
• Attention to detail 
• Familiarity and proficiency on required software and tools eg excel, CRM system, etc
• Interpersonal skill to foster team collaboration with internal and external partners
