<div class="isg-job-description“>Tester / Business Analyst  (Telecommute/Remote) to be part of an Agile team in support of digital transformation, integration of emerging technologies into mission applications and supporting modernized, cloud-based, applications in production.
This includes supporting development of systems using Agile methodologies, user story creation and documenting features and business capabilities prioritized by operational and support offices within agreed upon schedule timeframes and providing requirement clarifications, support and testing for the enhancement and development of applications supporting IT modernization and using emerging technologies (existing or newly developed). 
Required

• 4+ years of strong BA background
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and share insights with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to create, document and execute test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
• Identify, log and analyze defects.
• Work independently and as a member of a cross functional team
• Collect, synthesize and document requirements following
• experience with Jira, Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge gathering requirements and documenting user stories, workflows and acceptance.
• Experience with software & hardware integrations.
• Wiling and Capable of quick learning in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Mobile and Web Testing experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Active CBP Clearance Desired
• 2+ Years of Scrum Master Experience and/or Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related technical field
• Optional: ISQTB Foundation Level (Certified Software Tester) CSTE or equivalent
• Optional: Flutter and Selenium high level knowledge.
