Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days onsiteJob Overview:We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in SCADA or GIC systems to act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, including process mapping of engineering or GIC systems, and supporting IT system upgrades from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.Key Responsibilities:– Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
– Develop as-is and to-be process maps, specifically for engineering or GIC systems.
– Perform detailed gap analyses and identify risks and opportunities.
– Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning to post-go-live support.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
– Participate in SCADA or GIC system upgrades and integrations.
– Create and execute test cases and manage UAT processes.
– Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
– Use SQL for basic data extraction and analysis.
– Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.Qualifications:– 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
– Experience with SCADA or GIC systems is required.
– Proven end-to-end project delivery experience.
– Strong background in process mapping for engineering or GIC systems.
– Familiarity with IT system upgrades and integrations.
– Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
