“Role name: Business AnalystLocation :HybExperience (Years): 8-10Description: Author User Story , Facilitate Product Backlog grooming sessions, Acceptance CriteriaWork on creating SRS, Design documents using UML DiagramsKnowledge of SQLWork Experience in investigating, analyzing, and estimating system applications in a large integrated solution environment.Able to prioritize requirements, change requests for Business and work with Project team/Scrum Master in determining how best to address themWork closely with Tech Stakeholders and PO ; Identify risk and mitigation plansWorking knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio and other BSA toolsEssential Skills: 8+ years of experience as Business System Analyst- not looking for BA but BSA who can work closely with Technology partnersHas knowledge of Contact center and specifically workforce management and data/reporting initiatives experience as BSAStrong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills to work seamlessly in an agile cross-functional team, with clients, vendor(s) and other stakeholders.Requirement Gathering , Elicitation
