Description

The Business Analyst Access Operations will perform data acquisition, analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and summarizes business implications to drive strategic decisions and ensure operational excellence. You will work closely with leadership, clinical departments, IT, and patient services to design, implement, and evaluate data and reports to improve key access metrics across the ambulatory enterprise.

education

Bachelors Degree : in Business Administration/Finance, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field (Required)

experience

3 Years experience in business analysis, preferably within a healthcare setting (Required)

3 Years working with data tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL (Required)

Previous experience physician enterprise and access operations (Preferred)

Previous experience with Epic Cadence, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, or other Epic modules (Preferred)
