You’ll be working for a Top-tier financial institution who is looking for you to join as a Front Office Business Analyst. Using your Treasury experience to work closely with users, gather requirements, and drive system improvements. You’ll bridge the gap between traders and technology, ensuring smooth communication and effective delivery of projects.The Role:

• Work directly with Treasury users, gathering requirements and defining functional specs
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Liaise with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and process automation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards

What You Need:

• Experience working front-office with Treasury users
• Strong Business Analysis + Project Management skills
• Ability to communicate between business and engineering teams
• Knowledge of third-party trading platforms (ION Trading is a plus)
• Spanish language skills (nice to have, but not essential)
