BA / Implementation Analyst6 month contract with possible extension1 day per week in office in the Vaughan officeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled BA / Implementation Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia, as well as expertise in Resource Management and Scheduling platforms with skills-matching capabilities. This role involves working closely with IT and business sponsors/SMEs to lead discussions around requirements, business processes, implementation needs, and business data interfaces assessment.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT and business sponsors/SMEs to gather and analyze requirements.Lead discussions on business processes, implementation needs, and data interface requirements.Implement and optimize platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia.Work with Resource Management and Scheduling platforms, focusing on skills matching.Partner closely with the Change Management Lead and other stakeholders to ensure project success.QualificationsProven experience implementing platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia.Strong knowledge of Resource Management and Scheduling platforms with skills-matching capabilities.Ability to work effectively with IT and business sponsors/SMEs.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
