BMW Financial Services, Farnborough – Consultancy Intern – 13 Month Placement (July 2026)

Alphabet Consultancy: Our focus is to deliver strategic counsel to our customers and supporting internal teams on automotive industry topics such as government policy, taxation, environmental, sustainability, electric vehicle transition and governance matters. We continue to develop our sustainable mobility offering especially for smaller fleets and alongside our decarbonisation products and services, maintaining our focus on electric vehicle adoption.

What awaits you?

• EV & Charging; EV solutions including readiness tools and Driver Support, development of marketing content for the Alphabet EV website and internal materials to support consultancy and sales both for cars and vans
• Salary Sacrifice; support strategic planning including enhancements to the existing product
• Consultancy toolkit; building up UK specific materials including expansion of guidance/white papers, toolkits & templates
• Connected Vehicle Data Services: support the roll out and future evolution of vehicle data and its practical uses
• AI and digitisation. Support the creation of a consultancy specific way of working to capitalise on the use of AI and other technologies to increase digital applications.

What should you bring along?

• Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree – preferably in business, marketing or similar field.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to show good inter-personal skills, showing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills, and ability to show high attention to detail to every task.
• Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities, work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems.
• An excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook – intermediate level in excel is advantageous.
