Job Title: Business Data AnalystJob Location: Leeds, UKJob Type: PermanentRequired Experience:· Business Data Analyst role demands multi-dimensional involvement in managing various aspects of a business.· He/ She shall act as a bridge between the technology domain and the business domain of an organization.· Hands on experience for product development in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall and Project Management(JIRA).· Must have extensive experience with Product Backlog, User Stories, Sprint Planning, User Acceptance Testing, Business Process Modeling and Requirement Documentation.· Responsible to analyze the business document, organizational processes, shall evaluate the business models, and suggest new technological and reports changes.· Responsible for improving the existing process, products, services and software, performing data analysis.· Identifying the potholes and remedying the situation through complex data analysis techniques.· Must know how identifying the existing loopholes in as-is practices to take a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.· Must have a approach to identify obscure connections and troublesome inconsistencies to extract meaningful insight.· Proficiency in data visualization tool Power BI. Shall know how to query data stored in relational and cloud databases, SQL, spreadsheets, and online analytical processing (OLAP) arrays to produce graphical representations of the findings.
