Business Development, Commercial Charging

Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You will lead the sale of Tesla’s Level 2 charging products to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, channel partners, distributors, and real estate owners.

You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla’s industry-leading hardware and software. • Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across North America
• Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
• Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
• Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
• Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events

• 2+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of North American EV charging markets preferred
• Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals

Expected Compensation

• Associate Technical Construction Project Manager – $79,200 – $118,800/annual salary
• Technical Construction Project Manager – $90,000 – $135,000/annual salary
• Sr Technical Construction Project Manager – $111,600 – $167,400/annual salary

+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
