BBSI Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and generate new revenue.

This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.

What You’ll Do:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

* Schedule and lead discovery meetings

* Present staffing and workforce solutions

* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

* Negotiate pricing and close new accounts

* Partner with recruiting and operations to support new clients

* Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales forecasts

What We’re Looking For:

* 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience

* Staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or professional services experience preferred

* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals

* Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission
