As a Business Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth byidentifyingand converting sales opportunities. You will engage with existing customers and prospects,showcasingour market-leading value proposition and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Sales Generation:Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to position our market leading value proposition,identifysales opportunities and generate profitable sales.
  • Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Engagement:Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and providingappropriate solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues and other departments tooptimizesales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Continuous Learning:Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to enhance sales effectiveness and knowledge.
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Previousexperience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiencyin using CRM software and sales-related tools preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
