Business Development Representative – Internal Hire!

position Details:

• Type: Internal Hire working for Express Employment Omaha
• Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: Up to $100,000/year (Base Salary + Competitive Monthly Commission)

Job Duties:

• The primary responsibility for this role is driving new business growth
• Build relationships with hiring decision makers through phone calls, in person visits, cold calling and by setting appointments
• Maintaining a high level of call activity across your defined territory to drive sales
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer business needs and be able to persuasively communicate the benefits of partnering with Express Employment
• Effectively manage your own schedule to maximize selling time
• Manage multiple sales processes at the same time through various stages in the sales process, while exhibiting persistence to see them through to the close
• Work with a sales team to establish and execute strategic sales plans

Requirements:

• Must have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear
• A positive solution-oriented attitude that thrives in challenging environments
• At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in a results-oriented environment
• A track record of producing high level results in previous business-to-business sales roles
• A college degree is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
