What you’ll get to do:

• Create, maintain, modify, and share reports and dashboards using BI tools (currently Power BI)
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes, systems, data management, reporting with new technology solutions
• Using your skills and knowledge to take part in additional projects (e.g. building new reporting tools, work-flow improvements)
• Providing input to maintain and quality assure master data
• Communicate with Finance and other business areas to gather requirements
• Cooperate with business units to understand the challenges they’re facing
• Prepare analysis and financial reports for management purposes
• Deliver relevant KPIs analysis and actionable recommendations
• Monitor forecast variances and providing variance explanations
• Support planning cycles, month-end closing activities and audit requests

What you should have:

Professional experience in designing reports and dashboards

• Excellent knowledge of Power BI including DAX language
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• The ability of data gathering, modelling, and validating
• Good knowledge and understanding of the financial area
• Strong analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills
• Higher degree, preferably in Math, Finance, Information Technology or related fields
• Fluent English (B2/C1 is a must)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Proactiveness, a team player attitude, continuous improvement mindset
• Being able to work with fast changing contexts

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of SQL (basic knowledge of data warehouses, SSIS, SSAS, performance tuning and data integration)
• Experience in working with financial data

Tools we work with:

• Power BI
• MS Excel
• Microsoft 365 apps, especially Teams, SharePoint
• Other: MS Business Central, OpenAir

What we offer:

Choose the type of contract that works best for you. 

• Salary depending on presented skills:
• 8 500 – 12 000 PLN monthly (Contract of Employment), 9 500 – 14 000 PLN monthly (B2B contract)

On B2B contract:
