Business Intelligence Intern

Overview:

The Business Intelligence team has the need for several interns who will focus on a specific area of the business such as labor and workforce management and guest satisfaction and experience. The roles will include using data to assist with decisions related to the specific area of focus. The Intern will also assist with streamlining reports using Power Bi, Python, etc. Will work with other BI Analysts with developing dashboards as needed using Qlik Sense.

Responsibilities:

• Works with Business Intelligence and park operating teams to analyze data related to various business functions including workforce management and labor usage and guest satisfaction metrics
• Works with park operating teams (or Business Intelligence team) to provide critical data and analysis on various business functions to help make operational decisions
• Assists with periodic report outs of results, analysis and decision outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, other quantitative field; expect that degree is still in process (junior or senior college)
• Experience with data reporting and visualization and associated tools (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, Domo; Qlik preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills; data analysis projects/experience
• Predictive analytics projects/experience preferred
