Business Litigation Associate – Las Vegas

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an Associate to join the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Las Vegas or Reno office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Nevada.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses, and court experience. Appellate experience is a plus.
• Must be admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission. Arizona, California and/or Colorado bar would be a plus.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred.

Compensation:

• $215,000 – $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role in Las Vegas/Reno.
