We invite you to join our team as a Consultant Manager in Strategy and Consulting and to participate in this exciting adventure.

Your mission as a Consultant Manager (MF/X) :

As a key contributor to the Director of Consulting, you will be an essential member of our team of in-house consultants. You will be called upon to intervene in consulting assignments covering four key areas, in a variety of environments, whether they are operational entities, the Group’s Corporate management or Business Units.

Your role will be crucial and we will give you responsibility for the following key activities:

Your main responsibilities as a Consultant Manager (MF/X) :

• Operational Management of Missions:
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored business proposals.
• Structure and supervise project projects.
• Take charge of the complete management of missions (planning, deliverables, team management).
• Formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders and customer contacts.
• Be the operational point of contact to resolve issues and report information to the Mission Director.
• Business Development:
• Actively contribute to the business development of ENGIE Consulting.
• Manage the creation of new service offerings and strategic insights.
• Knowledge Capitalization:
• Bring and highlight your relevant knowledge and methodologies.
• Capitalize on the know-how acquired during previous missions.
• Professional Development:
• Support the development of consultants on methodologies, project management, analysis and synthesis, as well as soft skills.
• Internal Commitment:
• Actively participate in internal projects and in the animation of the ENGIE Consulting community.

Your profile and experience as a Consultant Manager (MF/X) :

• Education: higher education (engineering school, business school, or equivalent in university, etc.)
• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in subjects such as:
• Transformation Program: Experience in managing large-scale programs
• Digital Projects with a Business Purpose
• Business Development et Fusions & Acquisitions
• Intelligence Collective, Lean Management
• Project Mode and Business Model: Understanding of project management models and business strategies.
• Languages:
• French and/or Dutch with a perfect command of English.
• Knowledge of German is an asset

Your qualities as a Consultant Manager (MF/X) :

• Sense of commitment.
• Sense of customer service.
• Ability to pass on know-how and defend convictions.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Adaptability to different business contexts and interlocutors.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in oral and written communication, combined with a strong sense of formalization.
