Office Administrator/Receptionist (9-Months Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Operations Specialist to optimize our company’s processes and ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze, streamline, and implement operational efficiencies while collaborating across departments to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support:

• Develop, refine, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support daily operations and troubleshoot challenges to maintain seamless workflows.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed operational performance reports to senior leadership.
• Implement metrics to track and assess operational success.

1. Process Improvement:

• Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Work with teams to integrate technology solutions and automation tools.
• Lead initiatives to minimize risks and optimize resource allocation.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate information flow and project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members to adapt to new processes or systems.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and office software (e.g., Excel, MS Office).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
