Business Support Manager

The Business Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. This role reports to the Group Account Executive (GAE)/Vertical Lead and supports the wider team by providing assistance across a wide range of areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage expenses/expense reports
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency across the vertical.
  • Actively participate in bid preparations and client engagements as required
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Support administrative staff within the vertical accounts, providing mentorship and advice
  • Organise and maintain filing systems for vertical activity, ensure all accounts align to an agreed filing system
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the vertical and clients
  • Assist in project management and cross-functional initiatives (NPS, employee surveys, transitions)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management/FM or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Knowledge of business operations and administrative processes
