Business Support Manager – Practice Support TeamReference: BSM-PST25Location: Bootle (Hybrid working)Salary: £34,099 per annum based on 35 hours per weekAn opportunity has arisen for a confident and methodical Business Support Manager to join our well-established Practice Support Team. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is skilled in data interpretation and analysis.As a Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Head of Autism Practice with administrative duties including creation and analysis of reports relating to practice data. This will include monthly practice returns and Vatix. You will also work collaboratively with all members of the Practice Support Team ensuring efficient operations to support strategic decision-making.Key aspects of the role will include:

  • Preparation of high-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for the senior management team. Supporting senior management with ad hoc requests required relating to Autism Practice.
  • Collaborative working with our Learning and Development department, and other teams across the organisation to ensure alignment on practice priorities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Taking and compiling minutes from Practice Support Team Meetings and development sessions, and following up on the completion of actions to meet strategic aims.

We are looking for an individual who takes a pro-active approach to planning and who demonstrates the ability to work flexibly, use their own initiative and manage and organise their workload to meet deadlines.
