HAYLEY DEXIS, following a very successful 2024, are looking for two Business Support Pricing Analysts to join our well-established and expanding Strategic Contracts team based at our office in Oldbury.About the role:As our Business Support Pricing Analyst you will be working closely with the Bids and Tender team, you will support the delivery of planned growth targets through the delivery of winning bids.You will work within the Business Support team, supporting bids across the business ensuring effective coordination of allocated bids as well as ensuring the highest level submission outputs that support the strategy and targets for Strategic Contracts.Working hours:Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per weekWhat we offer you:

Key responsibilities as our Business Support Pricing Analyst will include:
- Supporting the Bids and Tender Manager and coordinators with tender bid submissions, through providing pricing support for the entire process of the tender stage.
- Update the HAYLEY DEXIS Strategic Contracts Dashboard system with accurate information relating to the bids you are working on.
- Coordinating the process of obtaining pricing from one of HAYLEY DEXIS product categories and ensuring that the tender bids are in adherence to deadlines, requirements, and company guidelines.
- Support the Bids and Tender Manager and coordinators by ensuring that customer portals are accurate and up-to-date with the latest HAYLEY DEXIS Information.
- Working closely with the Bids and Tender Manager and the Strategic Contract Managers as required to develop specific bid win themes, response plans and final submissions
- Coordinate and support Bids and Tender Manager and coordinators with any specific tender clarifications
- Effectively communicate with all specific bid participants ensuring dissemination of critical bid information
- Work towards bid plans to meet the needs of each tender in terms of timescales, resources and support.
- Ensure final bid submissions are complete and correct, reflecting the client’s needs and ensure that the bid meets the strategy for HAYLEY DEXIS and Strategic Contracts
- Support and maintain the Strategic Contracts Dashboard in Pipeline opportunities or any Engagement Activities such as tenders, proposals or presentations.
- Providing support for e-catalogues, punch-out systems, and pricing involves ensuring seamless integration and functionality for users. This will include updating product information, and ensuring accurate pricing reflects current market dynamics.
- Support the team in creating Management Information reports and KPI data, Strategic Contracts are responsible for the accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the performance of its customer contracts. This role involves collaborating with various teams to gather data, monitor performance metrics, and identify trends that inform business strategies.
Skills we’re looking for in our Business Support Pricing Analyst:
- Proven experience in managing pricing baskets for tenders in the engineering or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of MRO, Engineering Consumables and/or related service models.
- Excellent Excel skill and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset to interpret complex requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in using bid management software/tools.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and commercial contracts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing strategies. Knowledge of UK bidding regulations and standards.
