Our passion for our craft fuels every project we touch.JOB OVERVIEWAt KF Aerospace we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who excels in identifying and documenting requirements, successfully managing small to moderately complex projects, and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and team members.The BSA will play a key role on a variety of Information Systems department related projects across diverse business units within KF Aerospace including Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, and others.The BSA will need to work with a variety of our systems and processes including our ERP, internally developed applications, and various other supporting and integration systems.The role is an approximate 80/20 split of Business Systems Analyst work and Project Management. During the six-month probation period, this role is 100% on-site, after which a hybrid option is available.Note: This is not a Data Analyst role.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, system specifications, processes, and training materials.
• Manage small to moderately complex projects, coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and Information Systems.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in BSA activities to promote excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certification or degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. As this role is not a Data Analyst role, Data Analyst work experience or education is not considered ‘related’ / relevant field.
• Three or more years of experience in an equivalent BSA role.
• Experience with managing 1-2 projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• Experience in the following areas would be an asset: business process analysis, change management, solution design and quality assurance/testing.
• Exposure to the following technologies would be an asset: corporate ERP systems, business intelligence/data, document management, OCR.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

SALARYThe intermediate and senior salary ranges combined for this role is $71,000-$103,000 annually. The intermediate and senior levels differentiate by technical skill level, as assessed during the selection process. Note: The salary range maximum signifies full job knowledge.
