Your key responsibilities

In this high visibility position as a Consultant – Senior Consultant you will take part in challenging global / regional / local projects and you will:

Skills and attributes for success

• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY advisory services into meaningful valued propositions for clients
• Strong analytical / problem solving and attention to detail skills with a logical and methodical approach
• A passion and motivation to provide high quality service to our clients
• Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
• Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor and Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other related field with strong quantitative focus
• Up to 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek
• Strong drive to excel professionally
• Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, customer experience, value proposition definition, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer and industry research
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Client facing experience from a professional services background
