Duration: Contract 4 Months
Payrate: $14/hr. on w2 without benefits
Shift Time : 8:30 am to 5pm -Monday –Friday
Job Description:

• Respond to questions from the public about voting procedures, dates, locations, eligibility, registration, and identification requirements.
• Provide information clearly, accurately, and in a professional manner.
• Handle inbound calls and emails related to the election.
• Record call details, track inquiries, and update voter information if required.
• Use call tracking or CRM systems where applicable.
• Adhere strictly to election laws, guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
• Forward unresolved or sensitive matters to supervisors or election officers.
• Recognize when a situation requires higher-level intervention.
• Participate in training to ensure familiarity with election procedures and FAQs
