  • Duties include answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization\’s products and services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual French and English communications must have
  • 1+ year of experience attending customers on call

  • Connaissance des concepts, pratiques et procédures couramment utilisés dans un domaine particulier.
  • S’appuie sur des instructions et des lignes directrices préétablies pour accomplir les fonctions du poste.
  • Travaille sous supervision immédiate.
  • Les fonctions principales du poste ne nécessitent généralement pas l’exercice d’un jugement indépendant.
  • Relève généralement d’un superviseur ou d’un gestionnaire.

Qualifications

  • Communications bilingues en français et en anglais indispensables.
  • 1+ an d’expérience en gestion des appels clients.
