Description

We are hiring a Call Center Specialist for our client. The successful candidate will be answering incoming calls from customers, assist with complaints, orders, errors, and other inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls with positivity and efficiency.

• Identify customer needs and help to solve any issues.

• Document calls and customer interactions.

• Communicate with customers through various channels.

  Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Call Center Representative.

• Proven track record with maintaining customer focus in a high-pressure environment.

• Advanced problem-solving and negotiation experience.
