We aim to fight disease and save lives by making prevention and treatment easy, accessible and safe.JOB DETAILS:Job title: Call Centre AgentContract: Bank.Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 10:00am – 6:00pm.BENEFITS:Pension 5% employer contribution.Supermarket & High Street Discounts.Employee Assistant Programme.Employee referral scheme.25 days annual leave.JOB PURPOSE:The post holder will be responsible for improving vaccination uptake by obtaining informed consent under the supervision of the Call Centre Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with Company policies & procedures
• Work collaboratively to support the team to facilitate the smooth continuity of service delivery.

• Assist in the day to day running of the immunisation programme’s call centre.

• Handle calls and emails from and to parents/carers booking children in for vaccinations within community clinics.

• Coordinating the operation of the community clinics in line with company policy and procedures where directed.

• Working towards KPI’s to ensure targets are achieved.

• Participate positively in regular team meetings.
• Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Understands and implements the principles of informed consent.
• Knowledge of principles of data protection
• Experience in call center or customer service
• Experience of working in a health care setting
• Have a clear and polite telephone manner.
• Bilingual skills
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• IT literate including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
