• Coach and develop staff to meet and exceed key performance indicators
• Produce and analyse management information to identify team development needs
• Support recruitment processes and succession planning
• Manage absence and timekeeping issues in line with company procedures
• Champion customer needs and identify areas for improvement in the customer journey

Required knowledge and experience for the Sales Team Manager role:

• Proven experience in managing a successful telesales team
• Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office products
• Must have at least 18month call centre Sales Manager experience
