The Campaign Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our digital sales efforts by providing comprehensive operational support to our sales and strategy teams. This position will work as part of the Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence to implement, maintain, and enhance multi-product advertising campaigns. This position will also serve as a facilitator between Cox Media’s field sales and strategy team, Cox Media customers, and internal fulfillment teams.
Location: This role requires that you reside within a Cox Communications listed location. It is a hybrid role, offering a work-from-home/in-office schedule with designated in-office days. Please note that, depending on business needs, this schedule could potentially change.
Work Schedule: This position supports our Central Region business and requires working Central Time business hours. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CT, regardless of your location.

USD 23.65 – 35.48 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $23.65 – $35.48/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
