This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our Communications and Engagement Department as a Campaigns and Digital Marketing Adviser.We’re looking for a creative and data-driven individual to develop our recruitment marketing for officers, staff and volunteers. You’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns to help us build a talent pipeline, attract high quality applicants and increase diversity and representation in our force. This role will support our efforts to shape our employer brand and highlight our value proposition, making best use of paid, owned and earned channels to reach our audiences.What you’ll do
