Yoh is seeking a Capsulation Machine Operator
to join our nutraceutical manufacturing client’s production team. This is a hands-on role ensuring capsules are produced to the highest quality standards in a GMP-compliant environment. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain encapsulation equipment while meeting production goals and sanitation requirements.
The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Only qualified individuals need apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up, sanitize, operate, and perform routine maintenance on capsule machines
• Clean equipment and work areas to meet GMP and QC standards; complete cleaning logs and use Clean/Dirty tags
• Adjust machinery for capsule size, speed, pressure, and temperature to match production specs
• Inspect and test capsules throughout runs; remove defects and record production data
• Transfer completed capsules to drying or storage, ensuring proper labeling and coverage
• Troubleshoot and report malfunctions, ensuring quality and minimal downtime
• Meet or exceed production goals while maintaining safety compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, adjustments, and minor repairs
• Strong understanding of GMPs, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods in a noisy, variable-temperature warehouse
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Bilingual skills and forklift certification a plus
