We’re hiring a reliable, hands-on Car Wash Lead to help us build from the ground up!

This is a full-time startup role where flexibility is key. This is a startup role focused on part-time training throughout October, leading up to full-time employment in November. As part of the pre-launch setup team, you’ll help prepare the site, test equipment, organize supplies, and assist with team onboarding. You’ll support the Car Wash Supervisor in leading daily operations, training staff, and keeping our valet-operated touchless car wash running smoothly. Expect to work outdoors, manage inventory, and help shape a high-quality guest experience from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support, and work alongside, car wash attendants
• Car Wash Attendant responsibilities to fill in as needed to maintain efficient operational workflow
• Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Train new team members and assist with scheduling
• Manage vehicle flow and resolve guest concerns
• Assist with minor maintenance and report issues
• Ensure smooth operations in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in car wash or auto care
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting heavy items
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
