Job Title:ANALYSIS AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY
The Analysis and Operations Support Coordinator (AOSC) plays a key role in the Readiness and Operations Support function (C2) of CARE’s Security, Operational Access, and Risk Unit (SOAR). The AOSC ensures the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of global security services, including reporting and analysis, incident response and crisis coordination, travel and event safety, as well as various operational and administrative support projects.
This role requires strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, critical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. Under the direction of the Director, Analysis and Resilience Operations and working together with regionally based peer coordinators and the wider team, you will be responsible for implementing established protocols and procedures of the Virtual Security Operations Centre (VSOC), driving their continuous improvement, and serving as a central point of coordination across CARE.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in risk management, security analysis, and operational support. We welcome candidates with diverse professional backgrounds who share a commitment to CARE’s values and mission.
